We came across these two panes of glass and were immediately attracted to the design, age, and embedded chicken wire all add to the history of the glass. We’re told these two panes came out of an elevator in the Cleveland Clinic. We then took those panes and built shadow boxes for them, complete with trim, leaving enough room to wire in a ball chain socket. When illuminated these lights give off a great warm glow that only an Edison lamp could give. These sconces come complete with 6′ of UL rated putty colored cloth wrapped wire, topped off by a period style plug. We can change these sconces to be hard wired if you so desire, please contact us first if you would like this option. We will be sad to see these antique glass sconces go, since they light up our show room so well.
Each sconce is 10″ x 15″ x 3″
